This is your focus.
You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus—from initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a pass-along function. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their decision to enroll reflects genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum volume is not the objective. Alignment is.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive concierge services, exclusive membership organizations, or founder-led businesses where you personally stewarded high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a refined, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus position. We are hiring across La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, and South Bay. Relocation assistance is provided.
