Texas Sports Academy operates on a model most institutions avoid: high-level athletic training and rigorous academics can coexist without compromise. The families who discover us are already searching for an alternative. They simply need guidance to move forward decisively.

You provide that guidance. You conduct consultative sales dialogues — not passive lead nurturing. You identify the root of uncertainty, bring it into the open, address it clearly, and secure the commitment. You manage 20+ active prospects in a structured CRM pipeline with defined stages and realistic close probabilities. Your success is measured by conversion rate, not call volume. When a deal loses momentum, you disqualify it — maintaining pipeline integrity is strategic discipline, not defeat.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting 1:1 consultative sales discussions with prospective families through calls, Zoom, and face-to-face meetings — identifying academic, athletic, and household decision factors before presenting any offer
  • Identifying and addressing objections in the moment — related to cost, program credibility, and alternative options — not after the conversation concludes
  • Requesting the enrollment commitment and finalizing the agreement — the interaction concludes with payment, not verbal interest
  • Managing an active pipeline of 20+ prospects from start to finish — updating stage and close probability in CRM, executing rapid and tailored follow-ups following each touchpoint, and proactively disqualifying inactive opportunities instead of allowing them to linger

What you will NOT be doing

  • Transferring the close to a senior admissions director or school leadership — you control the entire conversation from initial contact to enrollment completion
  • Relying on a pre-written objection handbook — every family's concern is unique and you'll assess it in real time
  • Allowing families to delay indefinitely — you control the pace and push toward a definitive decision

Key responsibilities

Generate sustained enrollment growth for Texas Sports Academy by converting qualified prospective families into confirmed enrollments through structured consultative sales execution.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5+ sales or enrollment conversations where you were personally responsible for the final ask
  • Experience managing 10+ concurrent prospects in a defined pipeline
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline stages, log interactions, and track close probability
  • Experience handling a live prospect objection on price, skepticism, or alternatives
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX; this is an on-site role
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in K–12 private school admissions, tutoring center enrollment, or learning center sales where a parent is the primary decision-maker and the product requires explanation
  • Experience selling a non-traditional education model (micro school, competency-based learning, hybrid or accelerated academics) to skeptical families
  • Demonstrated pipeline discipline — can show conversion rate improvement over a defined period, with data on how deals were tracked, prioritized, and closed
