Texas Sports Academy operates on a model few institutions dare to pursue: merging elite-level athletic training with accelerated academic rigor without compromise. The families who discover us are actively seeking an alternative. They simply need a trusted advisor to guide them toward a confident enrollment decision.

That advisor is you. You lead consultative enrollment conversations — not extended drip campaigns. You identify the root of hesitation, address it head-on, resolve concerns, and secure commitment. You maintain visibility into 20+ active prospects using a structured CRM pipeline with defined stages and accurate probability forecasting. You evaluate your own success by conversion metrics, not volume of activity. When momentum fades on a deal, you disqualify it — because maintaining a clean pipeline strengthens performance, not undermines it.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting 1:1 consultative enrollment discussions with prospective families through phone calls, Zoom sessions, and face-to-face meetings — uncovering academic needs, athletic goals, and family priorities before presenting any offer
  • Identifying and addressing objections in the moment — around cost, program skepticism, and alternative school choices — rather than deferring resolution to later follow-up
  • Requesting enrollment commitment and finalizing the deal — the interaction concludes with payment processing, not vague interest
  • Managing an active pipeline of 20+ prospects from start to finish — updating stage progression and close likelihood in CRM, executing timely and tailored follow-ups after each touchpoint, and proactively removing stalled opportunities instead of allowing them to linger

What you will NOT be doing

  • Handing off the close to a senior admissions leader or school executive — you retain full ownership from initial inquiry to completed enrollment
  • Relying on a scripted response guide for objections — every family's concern is unique and requires real-time diagnosis
  • Allowing families to delay indefinitely — you control the pace and push toward a definitive decision

Key responsibilities

Generate reliable enrollment growth for Texas Sports Academy by converting qualified prospective families into confirmed, paid enrollments through rigorous consultative sales discipline.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5+ sales or enrollment conversations where you were personally responsible for the final ask
  • Experience managing 10+ concurrent prospects in a defined pipeline
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline stages, log interactions, and track close probability
  • Experience handling a live prospect objection on price, skepticism, or alternatives
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX; this is an on-site role
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in K–12 private school admissions, tutoring center enrollment, or learning center sales where a parent is the primary decision-maker and the product requires explanation
  • Experience selling a non-traditional education model (micro school, competency-based learning, hybrid or accelerated academics) to skeptical families
  • Demonstrated pipeline discipline — can show conversion rate improvement over a defined period, with data on how deals were tracked, prioritized, and closed
