This position centers on guiding families from initial contact through enrollment, with every touchpoint demonstrating clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism. You will oversee daily communications, support admissions activities, and keep precise records that enable sound decision-making. Details and follow-through define success in this role.
Your work will span virtual and in-person environments as you help families navigate a model distinct from conventional schooling. Your capacity to communicate effectively, maintain organization, and deliver a seamless experience will have a direct effect on enrollment outcomes and family confidence.

What you will be doing
- Oversee the admissions inbox, delivering timely, clear, and professional responses to prospective families
- Support families through each stage of the admissions journey with reliable follow-up and clearly defined next steps
- Assist in planning and executing admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings
- Work with campus staff to arrange student visits and deliver a seamless experience
- Keep admissions records current and accurate, monitoring all applications and follow-up activities
What you will NOT be doing
- Working exclusively in an administrative capacity with no direct family engagement
- Functioning within a slow-moving or heavily bureaucratic system
- Prioritizing communication alone without demonstrating strong execution and accountability
- Creating admissions strategy or determining final enrollment outcomes
Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing or operations-focused experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and experience managing records or CRM systems
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person event responsibilities
- Authorized to work in the US and able to attend in-person campus events

- Experience in admissions, education, or enrollment operations
- Background supporting events or high-touch customer experiences
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
