Most families have never heard of a school like this. Your role is to ensure that those who are ready choose to enroll.

Texas Sports Academy operates on a principle most institutions avoid: elite athletic training and advanced academics can coexist without compromise. Families who discover us are actively seeking an alternative. They simply need someone capable of guiding them to a confident decision.

That person is you. You conduct consultative sales discussions — not automated follow-up campaigns. You identify the root of uncertainty, address it transparently, eliminate it, and request enrollment. You maintain 20+ active prospects in a structured CRM pipeline with defined stages and precise close forecasts. You evaluate your results by conversion rate, not volume of activity. When a deal loses momentum, you disqualify it — because pipeline clarity is a strategic asset, not an admission of defeat.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting one-on-one consultative sales discussions with prospective families through calls, Zoom sessions, and face-to-face meetings — identifying academic, athletic, and household decision factors before presenting any offer
  • Identifying and addressing objections in the moment — regarding cost, program skepticism, and alternative choices — rather than postponing resolution
  • Requesting enrollment commitment and finalizing the sale — the interaction concludes with payment, not a verbal agreement
  • Managing an active pipeline of 20+ prospects from start to finish — monitoring stage and close likelihood in CRM, executing rapid and tailored follow-ups following each touchpoint, and proactively disqualifying inactive deals instead of allowing them to linger

What you will NOT be doing

  • Transferring the close to a senior admissions director or school leadership — you manage the entire conversation from initial inquiry to enrollment
  • Relying on a scripted objection handbook — every family's concern is unique and you will assess it in real time
  • Allowing families to dictate the timeline — you control the pace toward a definitive decision

Key responsibilities

Generate steady enrollment growth for Texas Sports Academy by transforming qualified prospective families into confirmed paid enrollments through rigorous consultative sales execution.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5+ sales or enrollment conversations where you were personally responsible for the final ask
  • Experience managing 10+ concurrent prospects in a defined pipeline
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline stages, log interactions, and track close probability
  • Experience handling a live prospect objection on price, skepticism, or alternatives
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX; this is an on-site role
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in K–12 private school admissions, tutoring center enrollment, or learning center sales where a parent is the primary decision-maker and the product requires explanation
  • Experience selling a non-traditional education model (micro school, competency-based learning, hybrid or accelerated academics) to skeptical families
  • Demonstrated pipeline discipline — can show conversion rate improvement over a defined period, with data on how deals were tracked, prioritized, and closed
