Enrichment Teacher   $60,000 USD/year

Description

  • Hybrid AZ · W2 · $60K/yr

Licensed teachers ready to shift from classroom management to life-changing mentorship should read on.

Imagine a role where lesson planning, lectures, and grading no longer define your day—instead, you dedicate your time to guiding students toward becoming self-assured, capable individuals.

Unbound Academy reimagines what teaching means. This hybrid position supports a tuition-free, fully virtual Arizona charter school that prioritizes experiential learning over worksheets and centers personal development. Students handle core academic subjects independently in two concentrated daily hours using AI-powered platforms. Their remaining time focuses on cultivating practical skills through facilitated workshops, coaching, and discovery.

Your role won't involve delivering predetermined lessons or monitoring a virtual classroom environment. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that push students to think critically, innovate, work together, and mature. Through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness training, and critical thinking exercises, you'll mentor them while fostering independence, self-confidence, and executive capabilities.

This position does not suit educators attempting to transpose traditional schooling into a digital format. It's designed for licensed teachers prepared to relocate to Arizona, operate within a hybrid framework, and guide students in ways that genuinely equip them for real-world challenges. If classroom administrative tasks no longer fulfill you and you're prepared for the most impactful work of your professional life, continue reading.
