You understand what it means to cultivate a relationship with someone whose net worth is measured in billions — and how to guide them through the most consequential decision they'll face regarding their child's future. That's what this role entails. If your default mode is to "manage funnels" or "handle applications," this position is not a fit. If your default mode is to own a relationship entirely, across years, this may be the most rewarding role of your career.
Founders School is a four-year high school where students launch and scale actual businesses, targeting $1M in profit before they graduate. Annual tuition stands at $150K, backed by a guarantee: $1M in profit by graduation, or full tuition is returned. The program begins in New York City in Fall 2026 with a cohort of 20 students, scaling to 1,000 over time. Our families rank among the world's most accomplished and selective — many hold wealth in the hundreds of millions to billions. Every one of those relationships, from the first conversation through enrollment and beyond, must be owned by someone.
This role resembles investor relations at a leading fund more than traditional school admissions. You'll steward a portfolio of high-net-worth prospects, guide them through a rigorous process, secure their commitment to a significant decision, and sustain the relationship over years so their confidence deepens: they re-enroll, they bring siblings, they recommend peers.
Much like a fund, the annual cycle has dual rhythms: an active season where you cultivate relationships with prospective families and guide them toward commitment, and a maintenance season where you keep enrolled families engaged, proactively informed, and satisfied enough to renew their trust and bring others into the fold.
Within six months, you will own the complete NYC prospective family pipeline — every family has a genuine relationship with you, and school leadership is no longer the constraint on any relationship outside the absolute top tier. Families in the Fall 2027 cohort have been personally guided from curiosity to commitment, each enrolled family benefits from a proactive touchpoint rhythm, and you've developed the initial version of the messaging framework and family-relationship playbook that does not yet exist.
At twelve months, the NYC pipeline operates as a system rather than a reactive effort — you can articulate the pipeline status, conversion metrics, and the health of every family relationship at any moment. Enrolled families are renewing their commitment and generating referrals; retention and referral outcomes are measurably attributable to your work.
As the program expands toward 1,000 students across multiple cities, you will build and lead the enrollment function beneath you — recruiting, developing, and defining the family experience across all campuses. You are entering on the ground floor of the function that will determine whether Founders School attracts and retains the right families.
