2 Hour Learning seeks a technical product leader to spearhead the architectural evolution of our AI-driven learning platform. This position demands someone with the technical depth to function as a CTO, the product acumen to catalyze transformational outcomes, and the dedication to deploy those capabilities toward unlocking student achievement at scale.
Unlike most organizations that layer AI atop conventional educational frameworks as an add-on, 2 Hour Learning has taken a fundamentally different approach: we reconstructed the school experience from first principles, leveraging AI and learning science to eliminate the limitations inherent in traditional classrooms. Our students don't merely progress — they excel, earning multiple 4s and 5s on AP exams, demonstrating multi-year academic advancement within a single year, and routinely surpassing their own projected performance. We have established that when AI serves as the foundational operating system for learning, student performance reaches exceptional levels.
This position diverges from conventional product management roles centered on customer feedback cycles or gradual feature iteration. Instead, this is an executive-level technical product ownership role in which you will command the architecture, technical roadmap, and AI integration across our complete learning infrastructure. Your mandate includes navigating complex technical tradeoffs to ensure our products remain lean, scalable, and uncompromisingly centered on elevating student results. You will operate with the mindset of a CTO while maintaining the velocity of a product entrepreneur, synthesizing engineering rigor with learning science principles to consistently deliver breakthroughs.
If you are prepared to lead the technical transformation of education and possess the execution discipline to realize that vision, we invite your application. This is your chance to architect the future of learning.
