Are you a technical product leader with the depth to operate at the CTO level and the vision to drive transformational change in education? 2 Hour Learning seeks an architect to lead the technical evolution of our AI-driven learning platform. This role demands someone who combines engineering rigor with product insight and applies both to unlock student potential at scale.
While most organizations treat AI as an add-on to conventional education frameworks, 2 Hour Learning has taken a fundamentally different approach: we have reconstructed the school experience from first principles, leveraging AI and learning science to eliminate the limitations inherent in traditional classrooms. Our students don't simply progress — they excel, earning multiple 4s and 5s on AP exams, demonstrating multi-year academic advancement within a single year, and routinely surpassing their own projected outcomes. We have demonstrated that when AI serves as the foundational operating system for learning, student performance scales exponentially.
This is not a conventional product management position centered on feature iteration or user feedback cycles. This is an executive-level technical ownership role where you will define the architecture, technical direction, and AI strategy for our complete learning ecosystem. You'll make critical technical tradeoffs that keep our products lean, scalable, and laser-focused on driving measurable student gains. You will possess the mindset of a CTO while maintaining the velocity of a product entrepreneur, fusing engineering discipline with learning science to deliver continuous innovation.
If you're prepared to lead the technical transformation of education and have the execution capability to deliver on that vision, we invite your application. This is your chance to architect the future of learning.
