Using an AI tutor and individualized learning, students achieve mastery of core academics in just two hours daily, with outcomes that rank students in the top 1–2% nationally. Behind that result is a challenging operational reality: new schools must be onboarded quickly, invoiced accurately, and reported on reliably, across multiple systems and varied launch schedules.
In this position, you will own the full lifecycle of school onboarding operations (SIS configuration, rostering, credential management, testing coordination, platform launch readiness). You will manage billing and accounts receivable through platforms like NetSuite and Stripe. You will also construct automated data pipelines and weekly executive reporting by integrating tools such as SIS, HubSpot, and financial systems. Your differentiator is automation: you will leverage AI and tools like Python, Apps Script, Zapier, or Make to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
