Through an AI tutor and individualized learning paths, students achieve mastery of core subjects in just two hours daily, with performance placing them in the top 1–2% nationally. Supporting that achievement is a critical operational reality: schools must be onboarded quickly, invoiced accurately, and tracked reliably across multiple systems and varied launch schedules.
In this position, you will take full ownership of end-to-end school onboarding operations—including SIS configuration, rostering, credential management, testing logistics, and platform readiness. You will manage billing and accounts receivable workflows through systems like NetSuite and Stripe. You will also create automated data pipelines and deliver weekly leadership reporting by integrating platforms such as SIS, HubSpot, and financial tools. Your competitive advantage is automation: you will leverage AI and technologies like Python, Apps Script, Zapier, or Make to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
