If you have managed endpoint fleets, SaaS platforms, and hardware procurement under real launch deadlines, this position will feel like a meaningful progression. If you are drawn to slow-moving IT environments where nothing evolves and go-live dates are handled by others, this is not the right match.

2 Hour Learning is expanding a new approach to K-12 education powered by AI-driven personalized learning. As campuses open on a consistent schedule, the gap between "prepared" and "unprepared" often comes down to core operational execution: the correct devices, provisioned and enrolled; the correct SaaS licenses, active and assigned; the correct communication tools, configured and tested.

In this position, you will oversee device procurement across Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo; manage MDM (mobile device management) and provisioning workflows; oversee SaaS accounts and renewals across 14+ platforms; and deliver the campus technology onboarding playbook (including Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms). You will document proven methods, refine the SOPs, and leverage AI tools to automate recurring tasks.

What you will be doing

  • Manage complete device procurement across Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo, monitoring lead times and delivery schedules to ensure campuses receive equipment before launch dates
  • Provision, image, enroll, and manage the lifecycle of student and staff devices via an MDM platform, maintaining accurate asset records across all campuses
  • Oversee SaaS accounts, permissions, and licenses across 14+ platforms, proactively managing utilization limits and renewal dates to avoid access interruptions
  • Deploy the new-campus technology onboarding playbook, staging devices, provisioning systems, and setting up Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms before day one
  • Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and launch checklists, refining them with each campus onboarding and automating repeatable tasks using AI tools

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating as a queue-based helpdesk agent where your performance is evaluated by ticket counts
  • Developing long-term IT architecture or engaging in strategic debates while launch deadlines are missed
  • Executing unplanned purchasing without inventory tracking, vendor management, or documented specifications
  • Relying on someone else to document procedures (you will make launches repeatable, not reliant on institutional memory)

Key responsibilities

This position ensures that every campus launches and operates on schedule because devices, SaaS access, and launch technology systems are fully provisioned and operational before day one.

Candidate requirements

  • Currently located in the United States and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • Willing and able to travel periodically to US campuses
  • Experience managing an MDM (mobile device management) platform such as ManageEngine, Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, or equivalent
  • Practical experience deploying and supporting end-user devices (laptops or tablets), including provisioning/imaging and troubleshooting
  • Experience managing SaaS platforms, including account provisioning, permissions management, and license management
  • Experience coordinating hardware procurement and delivery logistics and/or managing asset tracking workflows
  • Evidence of creating or maintaining operational documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, or playbooks
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to troubleshoot technical problems or automate repetitive operational workflows

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a distributed, multi-site environment where inventory, spares, and repairs must be managed across locations
  • Strong track record of building simple automations that reduce manual provisioning and reporting work
  • Experience configuring or administering communication tools such as Google Voice, Zoom Phone, or Zoom Rooms
