Opening one school is achievable for most operators. Doing it repeatedly, with predictable outcomes, and at increasing speed—that is where the challenge lies.
2 Hour Learning is constructing a nationwide portfolio of schools engineered to condense a full day's education into two intensive hours powered by AI. This model succeeds only when the expansion process is as disciplined and refined as the educational product. This role is designed to ensure that precision. You will control the complete lifecycle of every new campus—from initial site assessment through full operational readiness—while simultaneously creating the frameworks that enable each successive launch to be executed with greater speed, efficiency, and reliability.
This position differs fundamentally from conventional development roles. Your mandate is not simply to oversee projects. Your mandate is to systematically remove obstacles to growth. That involves rendering definitive judgments on site feasibility, intervening directly in permitting and construction challenges, conducting vendor negotiations, and enforcing timelines with urgency. Concurrently, you will deconstruct every stage of the process into modular, AI-enhanced workflows that minimize manual intervention and sharpen forecasting precision as the network scales.
If you have delivered real builds and are dissatisfied with protracted schedules, scattered accountability, and recurring errors, this is the opportunity to correct it—at national scale.
Take full ownership of the end-to-end expansion process for new school locations by delivering fully operational campuses according to reliable timelines while systematically reducing delivery time, cost, and risk through the deployment of AI-driven systems.
