Opening one school is straightforward. Opening dozens with increasing speed and precision is where most operators fail.
2 Hour Learning is deploying a national network of schools that deliver a full day's learning in two AI-powered hours. Expansion at this pace demands the same rigor as the educational model. This role ensures that happens. You will control the entire lifecycle of new campuses—from site acquisition through operational launch—while engineering the systems that make every opening more efficient, reliable, and predictable than the last.
This is not a conventional facilities or development position. You are not managing projects from a distance. You are removing barriers to growth. That requires decisive judgment on site feasibility, direct engagement with permitting and construction challenges, vendor negotiation, and relentless timeline enforcement. Simultaneously, you will decompose each stage of this process into structured, AI-enabled workflows that minimize manual dependencies and sharpen forecast reliability with every iteration.
If you have delivered real builds and are tired of protracted schedules, diffuse accountability, and recurring errors, this is your opportunity to solve those problems—systematically and at scale.
Direct the complete expansion process for new school sites by launching fully operational campuses on reliable schedules, while systematically decreasing time, cost, and risk using AI-enhanced systems.
