Description

You’re the operator who can land Multi-Tiered System of Supports MTSS Level 3 across multiple public districts, not just one campus. You build district-specific implementation plans, run engaging PD that actually changes practice, and stand up ongoing support that solves problems the first time. You track adoption and student performance with rigor, turn that data into clear next steps, and you keep refining the playbook so the next rollout is faster and cleaner.

You know MTSS/RTI cold, speak K-12 fluently, and you can earn trust with educators while running a tight project timeline.

We’re standardizing a high-leverage, Level 3 intervention and scaling it with technology so districts see measurable student gains sooner, at lower friction. That means less bespoke consulting, more repeatable wins. If you like building repeatable systems that outperform “heroic effort,” this is where the work pays off: a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial team that values autonomy and expects you to shape how the intervention scales.

This is not a district MTSS coordinator job focused on one system’s politics. It’s a multi-district implementation role that scales a standardized, outcome-driven solution. It’s not a classic EdTech implementation coordinator either; your scorecard is adoption quality and student outcomes. Compared to a private-K12 CSM, you’re not stewarding individual accounts; you’re standing up an intervention program across public districts and proving it works, then making it easier to repeat.

You’ll manage implementations across multiple public school districts simultaneously, balancing stakeholder alignment, educator enablement, and measurable adoption outcomes. You’ll partner with product and ops, turn field feedback into improvements, and be the person districts remember when the implementation works and students move. If you can design and execute tailored timelines, deliver training people want to attend, mine usage and performance data for truth, and iterate processes without waiting for permission, step in. The right candidate will recognize themselves here and should apply.

What you will be doing

  • Leading district implementation rollouts from kickoff through sustained adoption of our MTSS framework
  • Designing and executing district implementation plans that drive high adoption of our MTSS framework
  • Tracking implementation fidelity, adoption trends, and student performance data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Delivering engaging professional development that leaves educators confident and excited about using our solution
  • Refining implementation playbooks and operational processes so each rollout becomes faster and more repeatable

What you will NOT be doing

  • Developing custom one-off solutions instead of implementing our proven, standardized approach
  • Focusing on post-implementation account management rather than driving successful adoption
  • Getting buried in administrative paperwork instead of driving meaningful outcomes
  • Working with a single district rather than implementing across multiple school systems

Key responsibilities

Lead high-fidelity district implementation of our technology-enabled MTSS framework so educators adopt it consistently and students receive faster, more effective intervention support.
