Most enrollment roles are built to move volume. This one exists to protect standards.
Alpha is building one of the most ambitious school models in the world. Our campuses blend rigorous academics, technology-powered learning, and high standards for students and staff alike. Students consistently learn faster than national benchmarks, and the data backs it up. Afternoons are reclaimed for depth, independence, and real-world skill building. This model works. But it only works with the right families. That’s where you come in.
You will own the admissions journey for a campus, from application through enrollment. This is not a handoff role. You are responsible for how families experience us, how clearly they understand the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made for the right reasons. You will assess fit, guide thoughtful conversations, and recommend “no” when that’s the correct answer. You will also build local demand by developing community relationships, generating qualified family interest, and owning measurable campus enrollment growth. The goal is not maximum enrollment. The goal is sustainable growth with the right families.
We are open to candidates from selective education, premium membership, luxury hospitality, high-value services, or owner-operated businesses who have personally managed complex client journeys end-to-end. Adjacent premium-service or executive-support backgrounds can qualify only when paired with direct evidence of generating demand, building partnerships, or owning measurable growth outcomes. If you combine white-glove judgment with the drive to become the local face of a campus and grow its enrollment, this role will feel familiar.
Own and execute a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment experience that converts the right families while protecting the integrity and performance of the Alpha model.
