This position is designed to create tangible impact through functional software. You'll leverage AI tooling and cloud-native infrastructure to develop full-stack solutions that address real challenges, not simply complete task lists. We expect you to ship quickly while maintaining quality, selecting the most straightforward viable approach that reconciles immediate velocity with sustainable architecture.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and Deploy Full-Stack Capabilities: Transform user stories into delivered value; clarify specifications, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct comprehensive testing, and deploy to production
  • Identify and Resolve Bugs: Perform root cause analysis on issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent regressions through intelligent testing strategies
  • Elevate Code Quality Standards: Assess designs and pull requests to validate clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt at the source

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or elaborate backend systems as ends in themselves
  • Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem
  • Spending excessive time in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating across teams
  • Merely delivering features; your accountability extends to solving genuine problems

Key responsibilities

  • Applying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, ships rapidly, and remains maintainable over time

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
  • Proven ownership: Documented experience taking full responsibility for complete modules, product features, or teams, beyond isolated task execution
  • Self-directed execution: Capability to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward through ambiguous circumstances
  • Practical experience incorporating generative A.I. into your daily development workflow
