Do you know that every child can achieve grade-level reading proficiency (or higher), but find yourself frustrated by ineffective systems that squander their promise?

Alpha School is demonstrating that literacy transformation doesn't demand 6-hour instructional days. Our 2-Hour Learning framework combines AI-adaptive technology with specialized teaching to accelerate reading progress. Your objective: create and facilitate focused, high-impact reading sessions that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support nationwide expansion of this program across our school network.

This role is not about administrative lesson-plan documentation. It centers on evidence-based teaching, technology integration, and constructing a reading curriculum that serves thousands of learners effectively.
