You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and build the confidence, communication ability, and capacity needed to thrive beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theoretical instruction. You are here to coach practical execution. You will establish rigorous standards, maintain accountability, and challenge students to produce work that meets professional expectations.
This position suits individuals who have accomplished something substantial outside academic settings—built a product, cultivated an audience, worked in a startup environment, or delivered results in a demanding setting—and wish to leverage that background to develop emerging talent.
