Most traditional schools focus on teaching students what to think. This position focuses on teaching them how to execute.
Alpha is creating a non-traditional high school where students don't passively attend lectures or memorize information. Instead, they build, ship, communicate, and grow. They launch projects, validate ideas, and acquire real-world capabilities that many adults never develop. Your responsibility is to ensure they follow through and deliver quality results.
You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication skills, and competence needed to thrive beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theoretical instruction. You are here to coach practical execution. You will establish rigorous expectations, maintain accountability, and challenge students to produce work that meets real-world standards.
This position is designed for individuals who have accomplished something substantive outside traditional academic settings—launched a product, built an audience, operated within a startup, or delivered results in a high-velocity environment—and are ready to leverage that experience to develop the next generation.
