Elite Coach   $150,000 USD/year

Description

  • $150,000 annual compensation, distributed weekly. Full health benefits from day one

The greatest service you can offer a student who achieves 99% is to insist they reach 100%.

At Alpha, this principle isn't up for discussion—it defines daily operations. Academic content is delivered through self-directed digital platforms, not traditional instructor-led lessons. This structure allows you to focus on what truly transforms outcomes: facilitating dynamic workshops on public speaking, concentration, and feedback culture. You'll drive students toward complete goal attainment using live analytics. You'll develop the Guides on your team. Your primary resources are performance data, a tested operational framework, and the executive presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.

You'll take ownership of a student cohort and answer for three measurable results: students are engaged and enthusiastic about school, they progress academically at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they acquire essential life competencies. Guide coaching begins immediately. As you consistently produce outcomes at scale, your authority over campus-wide program standards expands.

Atlanta: Vibrant metropolitan area with temperate weather and living costs more favorable than coastal cities.
Fort Worth: Zero state income tax, highly regarded school districts, and a family-oriented city with thriving cultural and culinary offerings.

Uphold the benchmark. Transform the learner. Submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating hour-long interactive workshops on essential competencies (public speaking, concentration, feedback exchange) for students in grades K-8, adhering to Alpha's structured methodology
  • Conducting motivational interventions leveraging Coachbot analytics and Alpha's reward architecture (campus currency, performance leaderboards) to ensure universal student goal attainment
  • Developing Guides in program adherence and standards enforcement, ensuring each coaching interaction yields concrete performance enhancements
  • Managing your designated student cohort while simultaneously cultivating Guide capabilities
  • Monitoring student engagement metrics, goal achievement percentages, and Guide effectiveness indicators

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction or providing subject tutoring. Academic progression occurs through digital applications.
  • Creating educational content or instructional frameworks. Alpha's structured playbook serves as your operational foundation, allowing you to concentrate on delivery and relationship-building.
  • Accepting 99% performance when 100% is achievable. Maintaining rigorous standards demonstrates your belief in student potential.
  • Training Guides on pedagogical methods. Since Guides don't function as traditional instructors, your coaching emphasizes enthusiasm, motivation, and accountability mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

Fulfill Alpha's 3 Core Promises for every student within your assigned level: students demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for school, they advance academically at twice the velocity of traditional classroom environments, and they develop authentic life competencies.
