What you will be doing
- Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students addressing topics including public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange
- Administering Test2Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify genuine skill acquisition rather than passive attendance
- Conducting daily motivation sessions leveraging student profiles, personal interests, and Coachbot analytics to ensure 100% cohort achievement of weekly app progression targets
- Employing narrative techniques, incentive systems (campus currency, leaderboards), and individual rapport to overcome student reluctance
- Monitoring cohort satisfaction metrics toward a 90%+ benchmark on student feedback surveys
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering traditional board-based lectures. Academic advancement occurs through self-directed applications, not through direct instruction from you.
- Providing passive supervision. While students work on computers, your role demands active engagement.
- Compromising standards when students resist. Test2Pass requirements remain fixed, even during difficult weeks.
- Developing original curriculum — workshop frameworks and lesson structures are supplied; your responsibility is executing them with the narrative skill and presence that ensures genuine student absorption.
- Handling parent communications, admissions processes, or campus administrative functions. Those belong to separate roles.

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students
- Strong storytelling and facilitation skills — capacity to maintain child engagement for one-hour sessions
- Available to work on-site at the Alpha campus located in Brownsville, TX
- Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program coordinator
- Demonstrated high achievement in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional contexts)
- Familiarity with self-paced or application-based learning environments
