You've dedicated years to coaching students — not merely instructing them. What you will be doing
- Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students addressing public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange
- Administering Test2Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify authentic skill acquisition, not passive attendance
- Conducting daily motivation sessions leveraging student profiles, personal interests, and Coachbot analytics to achieve 100% cohort completion of weekly app progression targets
- Deploying storytelling techniques, incentive structures (school currency, leaderboards), and individual relationships to overcome student reluctance
- Monitoring cohort satisfaction metrics toward a 90%+ benchmark on student feedback surveys
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering board-based lectures. Academic advancement occurs through self-directed applications, not your direct instruction.
- Supervising without purpose. While students work on computers, active engagement defines your function.
- Compromising standards when students resist. Test2Pass requirements remain firm, independent of individual weekly challenges.
- Creating curriculum independently — workshop frameworks and lesson structures are supplied; your responsibility is executing them with commanding presence and narrative skill that ensures genuine student comprehension.
- Handling parent communications, managing enrollment processes, or overseeing facility operations. Those fall under separate roles.

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) age students
- Strong storytelling and facilitation capabilities — capacity to sustain children's engagement throughout hour-long sessions
- Willingness to work on-site at Alpha's Brownsville, TX campus
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program leader
- Demonstrated history of exceptional performance in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional contexts)
- Familiarity with self-paced or application-based educational environments
