Alpha is constructing a fundamentally different high school—one where students don't passively attend lectures or commit information to memory. Instead, they build, launch, communicate, and evolve. You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication ability, and competence necessary for post-graduation success. You are not present to deliver theoretical instruction. You are here to guide execution. You will establish rigorous expectations, maintain student accountability, and challenge them to generate work that meets real-world standards.
This position suits individuals who have accomplished something substantive beyond academic settings—built a product, expanded an audience, operated within a startup, or delivered results in a high-velocity environment—and seek to leverage that background to develop emerging leaders.
