Marketing Manager   $100,000 USD/year

Description

IMPORTANT NOTE: This position requires in-person attendance at our Austin, Texas campus.

Traditional schools focus on what students should think. This position focuses on teaching them how to execute.

Alpha is creating a fundamentally different high school—one where students don't passively absorb lectures or cram facts. Instead, they build, ship, communicate, and advance. They launch projects, validate ideas, and acquire real-world capabilities that elude most adults. Your responsibility is ensuring they follow through and excel.

You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication skills, and competence necessary for success beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theory. You are here to guide execution. You will establish rigorous standards, maintain accountability, and challenge students to produce work that meets real-world expectations.

This position suits individuals who have accomplished something substantial outside academia—built a product, expanded an audience, operated within a startup, or delivered results in a demanding environment—and wish to leverage that experience developing the next generation. If you seek a conventional teaching position, look elsewhere. If you aim to influence how ambitious teenagers think, act, and perform, this is your opportunity.

If you have achieved something meaningful in your career and want to dedicate your time pushing motivated teenagers toward their full potential, this is your opportunity. Apply now
