Most educational institutions teach students what to think. This position is designed to teach them how to execute.
Alpha is creating a fundamentally different high school—one where students don't passively absorb lectures or memorize information. Instead, they build, ship, communicate, and grow. They launch projects, validate ideas, and acquire real-world capabilities that most adults never develop. Your responsibility is to ensure they actually execute, and execute well.
You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication skills, and competence necessary to thrive beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theoretical instruction. You are here to coach practical execution. You will establish a high standard, maintain accountability, and challenge students to produce work that meets real-world criteria.
This position is designed for individuals who have accomplished something significant outside traditional academic settings—launched a product, built an audience, operated within a startup, or delivered results in a dynamic environment—and are ready to leverage that experience to develop the next generation.
