What you will be doing

  • Developing and delivering interactive workshops on building genuine social media followings.
  • Guiding students in content strategy, leveraging AI tools from concept to optimization.
  • Assisting students in transforming their expertise into recognizable personal brands.
  • Teaching students to focus on meaningful metrics over superficial engagement.
  • Facilitating connections between students and key influencers and industry experts.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following outdated social media strategies.
  • Focusing on irrelevant metrics like superficial likes and follows.
  • Managing school’s official social media channels.
  • Handling excessive administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

Drive the transformation of students into influential digital creators with robust personal brands.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven expertise in managing social media, creating content, and engaging audiences for various stakeholders.
  • Track record of growing and nurturing online communities.
  • In-depth knowledge of current social media trends and effective practices.
  • Experience with content creation and AI platforms.
  • Exceptional coaching skills, especially for motivating and guiding Gen Z.
  • Notable success in building a personal online presence.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Committed to working on-site in Austin, TX, with relocation support available.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
