What you will be doing
- Preparing equipment, materials, and learning spaces for sessions and workshops.
- Supporting academic staff in their daily work.
- Monitoring and facilitating student engagement.
- Managing session transitions and coordinating schedules.
- Receiving mentorship from leaders who are transforming K-12 education.
What you will NOT be doing
- Sitting on the sidelines: You won't merely observe or supervise from a distance; you'll actively engage in supporting students throughout their learning experience.
- Feeling overwhelmed: Leading classes, lecturing, or providing emotional coaching isn't expected of you (yet); those are responsibilities handled by the Guide.
- Doing meaningless work: This position offers more than just a paycheck. You'll contribute meaningfully to helping children grow and thrive, ensuring every hour you invest has real impact.

Candidate requirements
- Available to work in person at our Miami campus.
- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with complete flexibility to select your schedule during school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time position available.
- Experience working with kids.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Approachable, kid-friendly personality.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
