Description

Ready to be the driving force behind an educational revolution? We're seeking a masterful relationship architect who can turn skepticism into unwavering support for the future of learning.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just changing education - we're redefining it. Our AI-powered, 2-hour learning model is challenging conventional wisdom, and we need a visionary leader who can transform our boldest critics into our most passionate advocates.

Picture yourself as the compelling voice that makes seasoned executives, concerned parents, and community leaders not just believe in our vision, but champion it. You're the rare individual who sees resistance as a gateway to opportunity, who thrives in high-stakes conversations, and who knows how to build movements that create lasting change.

If you're the person who can walk into a room full of doubters and leave with a army of believers, we want to meet you.

What you will be doing

  • Orchestrate compelling presentations that transform educated skeptics into passionate believers
  • Cultivate and empower a network of parent influencers who become the voice of our revolution
  • Architect scalable advocacy systems that transform individual success stories into powerful movement catalysts
  • Develop sophisticated early warning systems that convert potential challenges into advocacy wins
  • Spearhead strategic media engagements and shape the public narrative around our innovative approach
  • Identify and leverage strategic opportunities to showcase our educational impact

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing conventional school-parent relationships or traditional engagement programs
  • Coordinating community events that don't advance our strategic advocacy mission
  • Compromising our educational philosophy to appease influential voices
  • Taking a defensive stance instead of proactively controlling the narrative

Key responsibilities

Transform our parent community into an unstoppable force for educational change by implementing systematic approaches that scale advocacy across campuses while maintaining our unwavering commitment to revolutionary learning standards.

Candidate requirements

  • Austin, TX-based or willing to relocate
  • Proven 7+ year track record of converting influential skeptics into devoted advocates in roles such as Customer Advocacy Lead, Communications Chief, Development Executive, Enterprise Sales Leader, or Change Management Strategist
  • Magnetic executive presence with the ability to captivate and convince sophisticated audiences
  • Distinguished history of excellence in high-stakes communication scenarios
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling advocacy movements
  • Masterful ability to maintain organizational integrity while strengthening stakeholder relationships
  • Unshakeable belief in the power of innovative educational transformation

Work examples

Imagine these scenarios that showcase the impact you'll have:

You transform a skeptical tech CEO parent into our most powerful advocate through your compelling vision and evidence-based approach. Soon, she's hosting influential gatherings where she convinces fellow parents about our revolutionary model, backing her advocacy with real results from her child's journey.

When concerns about AI in education surface in parent circles, you proactively develop a masterful presentation that combines emotional resonance with data-driven insights. Your delivery is so powerful that parents organically share the recording, turning potential resistance into a viral advocacy moment.

Your strategic approach creates a self-sustaining advocacy ecosystem across grade levels. New families experience our story through the authentic voices of current parents who've become articulate champions of our vision. Your systems are so effective that parent-led advocacy initiatives spring up organically in various communities.

Every parent concern becomes an opportunity to strengthen belief in our model. Your strategic mindset and commanding presence don't just maintain relationships - they fuel a movement of parents who become passionate believers in educational revolution.

Your success will be measured by creating communities where parents don't just accept our approach - they become its most powerful ambassadors, driving our growth and partnering in our mission to revolutionize education.
