Your role begins there.
You will lead the admissions process for a campus, managing the full arc from inquiry to confirmed enrollment. This is not a handoff function. You are accountable for how families engage with us, how thoroughly they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and recommend against admission when appropriate. The objective is not to fill seats. The objective is to ensure fit.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, premium hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership services, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly managed sophisticated client experiences from start to finish. What matters most is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.

This is a salaried, full-time, on-campus position. We are currently hiring in Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, Los Angeles, and La Jolla. Relocation assistance is provided.
