Admissions Manager   $100,000 USD/year

Description

  • Remote · W2 in the US or Contractor in Canada · $100K/yr

Your role is not to pitch an institution. Your role is to build trust with families navigating one of the most consequential choices they will make.

Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing practical competencies such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are preparing to open 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, and each begins with a single moment: the admissions conversation. This is your domain.

You will deliver a premium, concierge-level experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process driven by paperwork or scripts. You will manage the complete admissions journey for your assigned families, from initial contact through final handoff, providing exceptional service throughout. You will assess incoming inquiries, support families as they evaluate their options, and deploy AI tools to handle administrative tasks so your focus remains where it belongs: building relationships, driving enrollment, and establishing trust.

If you are seeking a position where elevated service standards meet rapid execution — and where AI is foundational, not cosmetic — submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions process for your assigned families with professionalism, care, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-driven intelligence.
  • Serving as the central contact for all parent correspondence, scheduling coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a refined experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, automate outreach, and minimize repetitive activity.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following rigid templates or scripted workflows — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be constrained by multi-layered approvals or dependent on others for momentum.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the consistent, trusted contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven experience managing high-stakes or emotionally complex conversations with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience stewarding multi-phase processes from inquiry through completion.
  • Established competence with AI tools, automation systems, and workflow optimization.
  • Consistent ability to execute with precision — including record-keeping, follow-up discipline, CRM accuracy, and sound judgment regarding confidential information.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with legal authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours based on family availability.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Alpha's educational model or demonstrated commitment to advancing education innovation.
