We are positioned to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single touchpoint: the admissions experience. That's your domain.

This is a premium, concierge-level engagement designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional funnel or call script. You will shepherd the complete admissions process for your assigned families from initial contact through transition, providing meticulous, personalized service throughout. You'll screen inquiries, support families as they evaluate their options, and deploy AI automation to eliminate administrative overhead so you can concentrate on what drives results: relationships, conversions, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the end-to-end admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, care, and precision.
  • Screening inbound interest from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic inquiry, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the sole liaison for all parent correspondence, calendar coordination, and ongoing engagement — ensuring a concierge standard irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline workflows, automate touchpoints, and minimize repetitive tasks.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible playbooks — this role demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic obstacles — you won't be mired in interdepartmental clearances or dependent on others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end.

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Documented success managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced discussions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and experience shepherding multi-phase engagements from inquiry to completion.
  • Established ease with AI applications, automation technologies, and task prioritization frameworks.
  • Verified capability to execute flawlessly on operational details — including record-keeping, follow-through, and CRM maintenance.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
