Novatio School is transforming the way we think about student support. Our AI-driven learning platform delivers core academics in just two concentrated morning hours. The afternoons are reserved for live workshops where students connect, explore, and develop new skills.
You'll be the person who maintains momentum and ensures seamless operations. Your job is to guide students through transitions, foster engagement in collaborative activities, and provide encouragement when motivation dips. Content delivery isn't your responsibility, but your presence will be critical to the success of every session.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group activities
- Encouraging student participation and motivation using chat features, recognition, and one-on-one outreach
- Ensuring students remain engaged, confident, and connected throughout their learning experience
- Supporting lead educators with operational tasks that ensure workshops flow without interruption
- Serving as a culture champion and reliable presence across bilingual sessions and extracurricular clubs
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter
- Developing lesson plans or evaluating student assignments
- Building curriculum or leading workshops independently
- Observing from the background—this role demands active involvement and high energy
Key responsibilities
Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, organized, and motivated throughout each workshop.
Candidate requirements
- Available to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
- Minimum 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with youth in a leadership capacity
- Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
- Excellent communication abilities and strong proficiency with digital platforms
- Student-centered, energizing demeanor with attention to detail and smooth facilitation
Nice to have
- Familiarity with online learning platforms or youth enrichment initiatives
- Experience in after-school programs, summer camps, or youth club leadership
