Novatio School is transforming the way we think about student support. Our AI-driven learning platform delivers core academic instruction in just two concentrated hours each morning. In the afternoons, students join live workshops where they collaborate, discover, and develop new skills.
Your mission is to maintain momentum and ensure seamless execution. You'll guide students through transitions, foster engagement in small-group settings, and step in to encourage learners who need a boost. Content delivery isn't your responsibility, but you'll play a critical role in ensuring every session operates flawlessly.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, student transitions, and collaborative activities
- Encouraging student participation and enthusiasm through chat engagement, recognition, and individualized touchpoints
- Keeping learners focused, confident, and connected throughout their learning sessions
- Providing operational support to lead educators to maintain smooth workshop flow
- Serving as a cultural anchor and reliable presence across bilingual programming and extracurricular clubs
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter
- Developing lesson plans or evaluating student work
- Building curriculum or independently leading workshop sessions
- Observing from a distance—this role demands active, energetic involvement
Key responsibilities
Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, organized, and motivated across each workshop session.
Candidate requirements
- Willing to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
- At least 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
- Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
- Strong communication skills and high comfort with digital platforms
- Energizing, student-first presence with an eye for details and smooth transitions
Nice to have
- Experience with online learning tools or youth enrichment programs
- Background in after-school programs, summer camps, or club leadership
