The afternoons are dedicated to what truly matters: immersive, hands-on workshops that build real-world skills and broaden students' sense of what's achievable.
Instead of delivering conventional lessons, you'll serve as the mentor every student needs—someone who inspires them each day and cultivates essential life skills through engaging, experiential workshops.
This position is not about overseeing a virtual classroom—it's about igniting ambitious thinking, guiding students toward meaningful goals, and empowering them to realize their full potential. If you're ready to redefine what "teaching" can mean, we're eager to connect with you.
What you will be doing
- Facilitating interactive virtual workshops focused on building life skills such as collaboration, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative thinking
- Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-based, hands-on learning methods
- Establishing a welcoming, dynamic virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop
- Leveraging learning data and analytics to personalize support and motivation for each student
- Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and backgrounds to provide a flexible, compelling learning experience
What you will NOT be doing
- Instructing core academic content (our AI tutors manage that)
- Adhering to a fixed schedule or standardized teaching framework
- Conducting lecture-based, one-way learning sessions
Key responsibilities
Empower students globally to become confident, capable problem-solvers by facilitating immersive life-skills workshops within a virtual-first, adaptable school setting.
Candidate requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
- Ready to begin by the end of July
Nice to have
- Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
- Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
- Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
