Description

This role focuses entirely on motivating students—not on grading assignments, managing classroom behavior, or following scripted curricula.

Novatio School has redesigned education from the ground up, centering student creativity, confidence, and curiosity. Each morning, students complete their academic requirements in just two concentrated hours using an AI-powered platform. The afternoon hours are reserved for what matters most: immersive, skill-building workshops that broaden students' horizons and reshape their sense of possibility.

Instead of traditional instruction, you'll serve as the mentor every young person needs—someone who energizes them each day and guides them through engaging, real-world skill development.

This position is not about overseeing a conventional online class—it's about igniting ambitious thinking, guiding students as they pursue meaningful goals, and unlocking their full potential. If you're ready to redefine the role of educator, we'd love to connect.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating engaging virtual workshops focused on building life skills such as collaboration, communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative self-expression
  • Mentoring students enrolled in immersion tracks using project-based, experiential methods
  • Cultivating an inspiring, secure virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop
  • Leveraging learning analytics and student data to customize motivation and guidance for each individual
  • Working alongside educators from diverse regions and disciplines to provide a dynamic, adaptable learning journey

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing traditional academic content (our AI tutors manage that)
  • Adhering to a fixed timetable or instructional framework
  • Conducting lecture-based, one-way learning sessions

Key responsibilities

Empower students globally to become self-assured problem-solvers by facilitating immersive life-skills workshops within a virtual-first, adaptable educational setting.

Candidate requirements

  • Valid US teaching certificate from any state
  • Confident virtual facilitation skills; at ease presenting on camera
  • Available to start by the end of July

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish (especially valuable for our immersion track)
  • Prior experience facilitating bilingual workshops, extracurricular programs, or enrichment activities
  • Experience with project-based pedagogy, creative learning models, or non-traditional school environments
