Our students complete their academic work in just two concentrated morning hours using an AI-driven learning platform. The afternoons are dedicated to something more meaningful: immersive workshops that build real-world capabilities and broaden students' sense of what's achievable.
Instead of teaching traditional lessons, you'll serve as the mentor every learner needs—someone who encourages them daily and cultivates essential life competencies through engaging, project-oriented workshops.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating interactive virtual workshops focused on building life skills such as collaboration, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative thinking
- Guiding students through immersion tracks using hands-on, project-driven learning approaches
- Cultivating a secure, energizing virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop
- Leveraging learning analytics and student data to personalize support and motivation for each individual
- Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and backgrounds to create a dynamic, adaptable learning experience
What you will NOT be doing
- Instructing core academic content (that responsibility belongs to our AI tutors)
- Adhering to a fixed schedule or standardized teaching framework
- Conducting lecture-based, one-way learning sessions
Key responsibilities
Empower students worldwide to develop into confident problem-solvers by facilitating immersive life-skills workshops within a virtual-first, flexible educational setting.
Candidate requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
- Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
- Available to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
- Ready to begin within 2-3 weeks
- Excited to work in a tech-forward, student-centered school
Nice to have
- Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
- Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
- Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
