In this fully remote role, you'll be the first voice families hear when exploring our free, personalized learning approach. Your blend of warm communication and razor-sharp organizational skills will guide parents through their decision journey while maintaining the backbone of our student information ecosystem.

  • Commuting to a physical front desk or adhering to inflexible hours
  • Navigating bureaucratic approval processes that delay responsive parent service
  • Performing the same tasks day after day without opportunity to improve systems
