Description
You will transform parent inquiries into enrollment commitments at Novatio, where we provide free, individualized learning for every student. As the first voice families hear, you will guide parents through their questions, maintain accurate student records, and support enrollment expansion—all within a fully online, automated workflow.
Your day will shift fluidly between high-volume parent outreach and detailed data management, keeping our operations both compliant and streamlined. You will anticipate challenges, manage critical details, and allow teachers to concentrate on instruction instead of administration.

What you will be doing
- Handling parent inquiries through email, phone, and text, delivering timely, precise information aligned with Novatio's standards
- Reaching out to new leads within 24 hours, arranging experience days, and confirming participation in scheduled events
- Ensuring accurate, up-to-date student and family records in HubSpot, the SIS, and associated systems
- Creating and optimizing templates and automated processes to maintain efficient, consistent communication
- Generating attendance and compliance reports by collaborating with teachers and utilizing current digital tools
What you will NOT be doing
- Performing repetitive manual tasks that automation can handle
- Operating from a conventional office space or adhering to fixed on-site schedules
- Pursuing signatures or navigating lengthy approval processes that delay parent support
- Remaining limited to routine assignments with no path for strategic involvement
Key responsibilities
Drive enrollment growth and maintain operational compliance through outstanding parent communication and precise student data management.
Candidate requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school environment
- Prior experience using Student Information Systems (SIS)
- At least 1 year of outbound calling or phone-based support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Texas resident due to occasional in-person support needs
