This role is not about selling an institution. It's about building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential choices they will ever make.

Alpha's students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered learning platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing essential real-world competencies—entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. With 25 new campuses planned for launch by year-end 2025, each begins with a single point of contact: the admissions experience. You will be that contact.

This is a premium, personalized service designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a standardized process or transactional funnel. You will guide each family through the complete admissions cycle from initial inquiry to transition, providing concierge-caliber attention at every stage. Your scope includes lead qualification, decision-support guidance, and the strategic use of AI to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on relationship-building, conversion, and credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions cycle for your assigned families with professionalism, care, and operational excellence.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-through—ensuring a premium experience at every interaction.
  • Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, automate communications, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from templates or rigid playbooks—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal awareness.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays—you will not be constrained by layered approvals or dependent on others for execution.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-engagement role with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropic development, executive search).
  • Demonstrated success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry through completion.
  • Confirmed aptitude with AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.
  • Established ability to execute flawlessly on detail-oriented work—including record-keeping, follow-up cadence, and CRM discipline.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Available to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
