Admissions Relationship Manager   $100,000 USD/year

Description

  • Remote · W2 (United States) or Contractor (Canada) · $100K annually

This role is not about pitching a product. It's about building trust with families navigating a life-defining choice.

Alpha delivers core academics in two hours per day through AI-powered instruction, then dedicates the remaining time to developing competencies like entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. With 25 new campuses slated for launch by year-end 2025, each location begins with a foundational moment: the admissions conversation. You will shape that experience.

This is a curated, concierge-level engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth households — not transactional checklists or rote outreach. You will guide each family through the complete admissions cycle, from initial inquiry to enrollment handoff, ensuring every interaction reflects precision and care. Your work includes inquiry qualification, decision-support guidance, and intelligent use of AI to eliminate routine tasks so you can concentrate on relationship-building, conversion, and credibility.

You will transform doubt into advocacy and become the person families remember when their child succeeds. If you seek a position where premium service intersects with rapid execution, and where AI is embedded in daily operations rather than abstract terminology, submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions cycle for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from affluent households through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the central contact for parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and ongoing engagement — maintaining concierge-level service at every stage.
  • Applying AI platforms and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, automate routine touchpoints, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or fixed procedures — success here depends on discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be constrained by cross-functional sign-offs or dependent on others for forward movement.
  • Coordinating campus visits, open houses, or admissions programming — your influence is realized through one-on-one dialogue, not event management.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a relationship-driven role with documented conversion metrics (examples: admissions, high-end sales, donor engagement, executive search).
  • History of managing complex or emotionally charged interactions with composure and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience stewarding multi-phase processes from lead generation to closure.
  • Confirmed aptitude with AI applications, automation systems, and task sequencing.
  • Established capability to execute details with precision — including record-keeping, follow-through, CRM accuracy, and intuitive judgment about confidentiality.
  • Located in the United States or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa support.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours consistent with family availability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in luxury service sectors such as retail, private banking, wealth advisory, or philanthropic relations — fields where discretion and refinement are essential.
  • Established connections or presence within high-net-worth family networks.
  • Knowledge of Alpha's educational framework or background in K-12 independent schools or education technology.
