This role isn't about selling a school. It's about earning the trust of families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will make.

Alpha students complete core academics in just two hours each day using AI-powered platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing real-world skills — entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We're scaling to 25 new campuses by the end of 2025, and every campus begins with a single conversation: the admissions experience. That's your domain.

This is a premium, concierge-level service designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a volume-driven process of forms and scripted outreach. You'll shepherd the complete admissions journey for your families, from initial contact through handoff, providing personalized, high-touch service at every stage. You'll qualify inquiries, support decision-making, and deploy AI tools to eliminate administrative overhead so you can prioritize what truly drives results: relationships, trust, and conversion.

What you will be doing

  • Guiding the complete admissions journey for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Qualifying inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the central point of contact for all parent interactions, scheduling, and follow-through — ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.
  • Using AI tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to prioritize workflows, automate routine tasks, and eliminate manual effort.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following scripts or inflexible playbooks — this role demands judgment, sophistication, and emotional intelligence.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you won't be constrained by excessive approvals or waiting on others to execute.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact throughout the entire journey.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family trust and supports Alpha's national expansion.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role with documented conversion outcomes (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate high-stakes or emotionally complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience managing multi-step journeys from lead to close.
  • Proven comfort with AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail — including flawless documentation, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to align with family schedules.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Alpha's model or demonstrated passion for education reform.
