Your role: create and facilitate workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for students in the early elementary grades.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Creating customized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance metrics to improve teaching methods and identify practical insights
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on instructional outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated curriculum materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading competency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years facilitating small-group reading interventions for early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student behavioral data
- Legal authorization to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
