What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
- Creating individualized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Examining student achievement data to improve teaching methods and identify actionable trends
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated curriculum that helps early elementary learners reach grade-level reading competency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years facilitating small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student behavioral data
- Legal authorization to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
