What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and generate actionable recommendations
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated materials that support early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student behavioral data
- Authorized to work legally in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Able to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
