What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
- Creating individualized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to optimize teaching strategies and generate actionable recommendations
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated materials that help early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and attuned to student behavioral trends
- Legal authorization to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
