Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based in Dorado, Puerto Rico. Support for relocation is provided.

Dorado offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on a community where families are deeply invested, internationally experienced, and seeking innovative educational solutions for their children. They value transparency, reliability, and high standards—and respond decisively when those elements align. This position allows you to drive family partnerships in one of Alpha's most vibrant, fast-expanding locations while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in a premier U.S. setting.

Alpha transforms the traditional school experience. Core academics are completed in just 2 hours per day through AI-driven platforms, freeing students to develop essential competencies—effective communication, teamwork, critical reasoning, and self-directed learning. The approach is unconventional and efficient. When families fully grasp the model, many become its most vocal advocates. Your objective is to guide Dorado families toward understanding this educational framework and building confidence in choosing it for their children.

Puerto Rico delivers a rare blend of professional purpose and lifestyle advantages. Dorado is a close-knit, influential area where personal connections drive decisions and community endorsement can rapidly change enrollment trajectories. The parent population includes business owners, remote workers, and internationally mobile households drawn to Puerto Rico for its lifestyle benefits—year-round pleasant climate, rich culture, coastal access, and closeness to San Juan's urban center. This role provides significant campus autonomy, extensive community engagement, and the opportunity to create lasting value in a place residents genuinely cherish.

If you excel at establishing trust, conducting meaningful dialogues, and steering a campus toward consistent expansion, this opportunity delivers impact at a scale rarely found in education. Apply if you are ready to influence both an institution and its surrounding community.

What you will be doing

  • Leading all stages of family engagement—from initial outreach to ongoing satisfaction—for the Dorado location.
  • Delivering persuasive information sessions and personalized one-on-one discussions that transform curiosity into enrollment commitment.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for parents: addressing questions, reinforcing confidence, and ensuring families feel valued throughout their time with Alpha.
  • Increasing campus visibility by maintaining a consistent on-site presence and cultivating relationships within the broader Dorado community.
  • Mobilizing engaged parents to generate referrals and build grassroots momentum for the school.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying on scripted pitches or transactional enrollment methods that undermine relationship-focused engagement.
  • Working remotely or delegating direct family interactions to team members.
  • Permitting outside influences or parent coalitions to weaken Alpha's core educational philosophy.
  • Leading from behind the scenes—this community demands active, visible leadership and direct campus involvement.

Key responsibilities

Lead enrollment growth and family retention at the Dorado campus by managing trusted relationships with parents from initial contact through sustained engagement and active promotion.

Candidate requirements

  • Currently living within commuting range of Dorado, PR, or prepared to relocate.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • At least 5 years of experience engaging families in educational, outreach, or enrollment contexts.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both spoken and written.
  • Proven capacity to build trust and support families through complex decisions.
  • Strong alignment with Alpha's accelerated, high-rigor educational approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with bilingual families or internationally mobile populations.
  • Professional history in admissions, community relations, or family counseling.
  • Understanding of Puerto Rico's community culture or relocation trends.

This role departs from conventional school engagement in every sense.

At Alpha, family advocacy functions as a strategic growth driver—not a supplementary service.
