What you will be doing
- Conduct individualized and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective techniques and recognizing measurable progress
- Architect and lead play-based learning sessions that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, exemplifying excellence for the team
- Audit and standardize Guide documentation each week to ensure rubric consistency and actionable insights, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain milestone visibility
- Draft family communications and conduct team alignment meetings that synchronize priorities and uphold collective expectations for campus-wide PreK outcomes
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field; Master's or specialized training preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early years education, early childhood development, or related field
- Experience working with groups of young children ages 3 to 5
- Demonstrated capacity to design and execute play-based educational programs or curricula that drive developmental milestones e.g. Montessori
- At least 1 year of experience coaching or managing a team of educators with performance accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear family updates and team alignment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person at Alpha Austin campus with relocation support provided if needed
