In this role, you will architect a joyful, evidence-driven early learning environment. You will mentor educators to execute play-based instruction that produces measurable progress, refine adaptive curriculum across all readiness domains, and observe four-year-olds achieving developmental milestones at an accelerated pace.

What you will be doing
- Conduct individual and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective techniques and recognizing measurable progress
- Create and lead play-based learning activities that integrate social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, setting the standard for instructional excellence
- Assess and align Guide documentation each week to ensure rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration sessions to maintain visibility of milestone achievement
- Develop family communications and coordinate team meetings to unify priorities and maintain shared accountability for campus-wide PreK readiness objectives
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master's degree or specialized certification preferred
- At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, early childhood development, or a comparable field
- Direct experience facilitating group learning for children between the ages of 3 and 5
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering play-based educational programs or curricula that support developmental milestone attainment, such as Montessori
- Minimum of 1 year coaching or supervising educators with clear performance expectations
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities for effective family engagement and team coordination
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Commitment to working on-site at the Alpha Austin campus, with relocation support offered as needed
