You will guide educators to implement play-driven instruction that produces results, refine adaptive learning themes across all developmental areas, and observe four-year-olds reaching authentic milestones ahead of traditional timelines.

What you will be doing
- Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching with PreK Guides, demonstrating instructional methods and acknowledging measurable progress
- Create and lead play-based instructional sessions that integrate social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, setting the standard for team practice
- Assess and align Guide documentation on a weekly basis for consistency with rubric standards and clarity, facilitating alignment meetings to ensure milestone tracking remains transparent
- Develop family communications and coordinate team planning sessions that unify objectives and maintain shared accountability for school-wide PreK readiness targets
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree or specialized certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early years education, early childhood development, or related field
- Experience working with groups of young children ages 3 to 5
- Demonstrated capability to design and execute play-based educational programs or curricula that promote developmental milestones e.g. Montessori
- At least 1 year of experience coaching or managing a team of educators with performance accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear family updates and team alignment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person at Alpha Austin campus with relocation support provided if needed
