In this position, you will define the family experience from initial outreach through final enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, authenticity, and high standards. You will manage day-to-day correspondence, organize impactful admissions events, and uphold meticulous applicant records that support sound decision-making.

Take ownership of the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether on-site or virtual
Collaborate directly with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day scheduling
Maintain current and precise admissions systems, records, and follow-up protocols
