In this position, you will design the family experience from initial outreach through enrollment, ensuring that each touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, warmth, and high standards. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day correspondence, organizing impactful admissions events, and sustaining precise applicant data that supports informed decision-making.
If you excel in dynamic, purpose-driven settings—where responsiveness, systematic organization, and accuracy have a direct influence on family experience and enrollment success—this hybrid role combines remote flexibility with consistent in-person participation at admissions activities.
Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, providing prompt, considered, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, conducted on campus and online
Work in close collaboration with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Ensure admissions platforms, records, and follow-up actions remain current and precise
This position ensures that a smooth, high-conversion admissions process strengthens enrollment outcomes and family satisfaction at Alpha's campuses.
