Description

  • Miami · On-site · W2 · $100K/yr

You are the person families recall when choosing where to enroll their child. From initial contact through enrollment decision, you define how Alpha is experienced, communicated, and trusted. This position is designed for someone who understands that responsiveness, precision, and empathy are inseparable—they define the baseline.

Alpha is reimagining what education should be. Our schools integrate academic excellence, technology-driven instruction, and a coherent educational philosophy that honors both learners and their families. The admissions function is where philosophy becomes practice. Families approach us with curiosity, doubt, and optimism. Your responsibility is to turn ambiguity into clarity.

In this position, you oversee the admissions journey after a family expresses interest. You respond to inquiries with speed and professionalism, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, ensure applicant data is flawless, and facilitate meaningful conversations that help parents evaluate whether Alpha aligns with their child's needs. This is not an administrative support role. You are client-facing, process-oriented, and directly responsible for the family's perception of Alpha.

This is a high-tempo, campus-based position suited to someone who thrives managing concurrent demands while maintaining both rigor and approachability. If you value strong execution, articulate communication, and building experiences that feel effortless to those you serve, this role provides meaningful autonomy and influence.

We seek someone who integrates warmth with exactness, immediacy with sound judgment, and polish with authentic engagement. If that expectation aligns with your standard, submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with communication that is clear, inviting, and consistent with Alpha's voice
  • Organizing and managing admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences for prospective students
  • Keeping applicant records current and accurate across CRM platforms and admissions management systems
  • Conducting conversations with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to concerns, and capture their input
  • Collaborating with campus leadership and admissions colleagues to ensure continuous forward momentum for each family

What you will NOT be doing

  • Making enrollment or admissions acceptance decisions
  • Delivering classroom instruction or assisting with teaching responsibilities
  • Applying aggressive sales methods or following inflexible talk tracks
  • Working with paper-based processes or tracking down hard-copy documents

Key responsibilities

Create a trustworthy, effective admissions journey that supports families from their first interaction through enrollment commitment.

  • Able to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or open to relocation
  • Authorized for employment in the United States

Nice to have
