You are the person families will remember when choosing where to enroll their child. From initial inquiry through final commitment, you define how Alpha feels, communicates, and fulfills its commitments. This position is designed for someone who understands that speed, precision, and genuine care are not competing priorities—they are the baseline.
Alpha is reshaping the concept of school. Our campuses integrate academic excellence, technology-driven instruction, and a coherent philosophy that honors both students and their families. Admissions is where that philosophy becomes tangible. Families approach us with curiosity, doubt, and hope. Your responsibility is to transform uncertainty into confidence.
In this position, you own the admissions journey once a family expresses interest. You will answer family questions promptly and with professionalism, organize campus visits and shadow experiences, keep applicant data accurate and current, and facilitate meaningful conversations that help parents evaluate whether Alpha's approach aligns with their child's needs. This is not a background support role. You are visible, meticulous, and responsible for how families perceive and experience Alpha.
This is an on-campus, high-tempo position for someone who thrives managing competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or human connection. If you value excellence in execution, communication, and building experiences that feel effortless to those you serve, this role provides genuine ownership and measurable impact.
Create a trusted, high-conversion admissions journey that supports families from initial outreach to informed enrollment.
