What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
- Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
- Evaluating student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns
- Working alongside engineers to assess and optimize AI literacy platforms using classroom evidence
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced reading instruction certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years providing small-group reading interventions for early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-made curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student behavioral data
- Authorized to work legally in Puerto Rico without sponsorship requirements
- Ready to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
