You will oversee the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a role that hands off accountability. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are grounded in sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when warranted. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is alignment.
We welcome candidates from elite service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership entities, or entrepreneurs who have directly stewarded high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, phased process with discernment, precision, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, South Bay. Relocation assistance is provided.
