Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely learn at rates exceeding national benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and the development of real-world competencies. The model is effective. But its effectiveness depends entirely on enrolling the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and extending through onboarding. This is not a role that involves handoffs. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how accurately they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with the right understanding. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate thoughtful discussions, and advise against enrollment when that is the appropriate course of action. The objective is not to maximize enrollment numbers. The objective is to ensure alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through.

This is a full-time, salaried, in-person position. We are hiring in Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Piedmont, Palm Beach, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Houston. Relocation assistance is available.
