This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, from initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a role where tasks are handed off. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when warranted. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership operations, or entrepreneurial ventures where you have directly overseen sophisticated client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, phased process with discernment, precision, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, Orange County, Roswell, Chicago, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Dallas-Fort Worth. Relocation assistance is provided.
